I cancelled my free trial and I have continued to be charged a monthly fee
How do I contact Dropbox - I cancelled my free trial and I have an email acknowledging this. I have now been charged twice and I want to stop the charges and arrange a refund as I have been incorrectly billed

I would suggest directly reaching out to our support team for assistance with this.
You can do that, by opening a private browsing/incognito window on your browser and navigating to this page.
In the "I want to look up information related to:" box, choose "other" and type in an email address you can access.
Fill out the form and submit your request.
Let us know when you have your ticket number!
