I cancelled my plan but I'm still being charged
I dropped down to the basic plan last January but keep getting charged $11.99 a month and have NO WAY of contacting them. Please help! The chatbot doesn't work!

Can you see when the last payment on your account was according to this page? It would need both and invoice and receipt to be considered a valid payment.
This will help me to assist further!
- KristiWestExplorer | Level 38/4/23 7/5/24 6/5/23 and every month since January 2023 when my acct was cancelled. And I cannot call because I only have a basic acct but yet I'm being charged this monthly fee still.

Just for clarification, you're not seeing any charges on the link I attached previously?
Did you upgrade via the Dropbox site directly, or via the mobile app? Are the bank charges coming from Dropbox, iTunes or Google Play?
