I cancelled my plan, but was charged again two days later - can I get a refund?

I canceled my plan on June 21 however, you guys still charged me this month's charge on June 23. Can you please refund $18.07.

    I can't contact support because of the fact that I canceled my membership therefore my options are limited! Is there an email I can send my request to?

    Hey Nancy Delaney. You can still contact our support team with these steps. You just need to make sure you’re NOT logged into any Dropbox account, while doing so. 

     

    You can send me your ticket number here afterwards.
