I can't activate the Acer 100 GB offer on my account
I have purchase acer aspire laptop on 23-10-24, in my desktop it shows 100gb is free for 1 year if you signup with dropbox and signup and install it shows 2gb storage how to get 100gb storage

I'm having the same problem. If I was somehow signed up before I didn't know it you can see I've never really used it before there's a 4mb document on there and that's it. I can't find any emails in my account about it before today. I'd really appreciate being able to contact someone. I've never once heard of a site asking me to pay money to contact support.
