I can't cancel my charge, not sure the email address associated with it.

I can't cancel, I don't know what email it is associated with. I can't contact anyone. Not even creating this account. I have an account coming out of my credit card but no information associated with it. Please help!!!

    Hi CP1377, let's jump right into this!

     

    Have you tried to contact Dropbox Support directly for this?

     

    You can visit the Support page while you're not signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

     

    Once you do, feel free to send me the ticket number reference, in order for me to locate it on my end.

    I tried emailing you it didn't work. The email says undeliverable. Please try again or how can I send you my phone number in a secure way?

    Just wait for their reply. They won't call you as there is no phone support unless you're on a Business team account. It may take a day or so but they'll get you sorted.
