I can't cancel my free trial on my iPad. Why?
I signed up for a free trial on an old iPad Air. When I go into my account it does not give me an option for subscriptions or seem to provide any other means to cancel.

Hi there DS16 - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Could you please take a look at your plan tab and let me know what is reported there?
If you have access to the old iPad, can you take a look at the account tab in the Dropbox mobile app and let us know what you find there as well?
Thanks!

We need screen grabs I'm afraid
However you cancel plans via the AppStore if bought on a mobile device.

Thanks for the screenshot, DS16.
The Dropbox app indicates that you're on a free Basic account.
How did you originally create the trial? From the Dropbox app on that device? Or directly from our website?
And is it possible that it's on a different account, under a different email address?

I initiated the trial on the iPad that is now basic.
I don't know how the account could be on a different email address unless it is on my new iPad which is a more up-to -date model and it is linked the old one. I cannot access the account on the new iPad as it is storing too much data apparently. I believe that it should be under the same email since I copied the whole system from the old ipad when I bought th new one.
Dropbox would not let me in initially. After I initiated the trial, I was able to access my files. It is an old iPad that I seldom use so I deleted some files. After that it seems like it returned to basic.

If the app says that you're using our Basic plan, it seems that the trial might have ended or already cancelled DS16.
Based on the info, that looks to be the case there.
