I can't cancel my plan, as I don't have access to my Dropbox email address.
Hello,
I am frustrated because I have contacted support through tickets numerous times but I had no answer yet, so I am creating this topic. The email has been deleted and I can not login to Dropbox, I asked to delete the Dropbox but it is still being billed, so please contact me as soon as possible, thank you.

Only Support will be able to assist with this. What are your ticket numbers? Have they been closed or are they still open? Also, don't create more than one. Each time you create a new ticket, you're moved to the end of the queue.

I have a last ticket number #24158243 from August 22 that it is closes but I am still getting charged without getting any service (as the mail account has been deleted since January 2024), I have not sent two tickets at the same time. I have an automatic reply that says :''Replies to this email are routed to an unmonitored inbox and will not be answered by our support team'', however I do not seem to find any other option to create a ticket. Thanks for your help.
Best,
Veronica

If you emailed it will be auto closed as the message says.
You need to go to either www.dropbox.com/support while not logged in, even to here. So consider using an incognito window. You'll then get an option to get help with account issues. OR you can try the credit card look up tool which does similar.
