I can't cancel my subscription for a year

I’ve been canceling my subscription for about a year now. I followed instructions and no matter what I do Dropbox never stopped charging me! I’ve sent several emails and I get no help! I either get no response or it tells me they can’t resolve the matter or that I have to post in the community board. This is ridiculous since there’s no refund. Can someone help me? They also don’t answer calls

    Hi @Adrijack, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

     

    As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.

     

    You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info.
     

    Keep me updated with any progress.
