I can't cancel my trial from Google Play on my Dropbox account
I am trying to cancel my subscription. I am seeing "We couldn't find you subscription. Make sure you're signed into the right account and check the list of your current subscription" Some other info that you may need:
-I got my subscription through Google play. But when I go to the Google play subscriptions manager, Dropbox isn't listed
- I know that I have the free trial ending and I will be charged because I got an email telling me that
- I am logged into the correct account
-I followed the instructions listed in the cancel my subscription instructions.

Hi mcea1567, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Do you see any confirmed payments (with an invoice and receipt) on this page on your account?
Did you get that message on the Dropbox site or the Google site? This will help me to assist further!

When I look at dropbox it is telling me that I have dropbox plus - Megan11 months ago
