I can't cancel my trial offer
Hello
I have a problem, I signed up for a 30-day trial offer to have 2TB of storage. I tried following your documentation to cancel the subscription, but no plan category appears in my settings. Can you help me or terminate it for me

How did you originally start the trial?
If you started it from our website, try the steps in this article to cancel it.
If you started it from the app on your mobile device, though, you'll need to follow these steps.

Can you give us a bit more info as to why, Sharkblack?
Which section are you referring to? And are you sure you're signed in to the correct Dropbox account?
