    Hey Sharkblack, sorry to see you're having trouble cancelling your trial.

     

    How did you originally start the trial?

     

    If you started it from our website, try the steps in this article to cancel it.

     

    If you started it from the app on your mobile device, though, you'll need to follow these steps.

      I have the normal Dropbox offer plus 30 days trial and I would like to cancel but I cannot access the section described in the documentation to cancel the subscription

        Can you give us a bit more info as to why, Sharkblack?

         

        Which section are you referring to? And are you sure you're signed in to the correct Dropbox account?
