2 years agoHal71, the steps Megan provided above are to log a ticket with our support team directly, and they’ll be able to further help.
Did you open an incognito window to do this? Please make sure you’re NOT logged in to any Dropbox account, while submitting your request.

Nancy i received an email with Ticket ref but i still cannot cancel my plan on line via the link. Please email me directly I need you to cancel this for me please. I cannot understand why this cannot be resolved directly with email, with instructions from myself.
