I can't delete my account as I'm getting a 500 error

I have been trying to months to delete an old account that i am not using and being charged for. I cannot reach a person to help me with this and when i try to delete the account i get so far and then an error message of 500. It is frustrating you cannot even reach i live person on chat.  Any suggestions on how to handle, or drop box please email me. I now have been charged another year as of December and also want a refund since this has been impossible.

    Nancy has responded back to you again and is waiting for your reply.

     

    If you don't see her response through the ticket link, try accessing her reply directly from your email account instead.

    Nancy i received an email with Ticket ref but i still cannot cancel my plan on line via the link. Please email me directly I need you to cancel this for me please. I cannot understand why this cannot be resolved directly with email, with instructions from myself.

    I am requesting one last time how I delete my drop box account. I get an error message when i try to do so. I have tried on numerous occasions. I cleared everything on my computer etc. How can i delete my account?
