I can't find the option to cancel my trial.
Please help!!!
I was on basic plan.
But one of my clients shared a folder and I started a trial because the folder was too big for basic.
However, when I go to subscription and billing page, I only see a message that my trial will expire on December 4. But there's no option or cancelation button.
How do I cancel it or make sure I don't get charged?
When I try to delete account, it says to cancel my subscription first. And, when I want to move to basic again, it says log out and register with a new email.

MeganI have the same issue with the free trial which I’m trying to cancel!! I signed up for it on my iPhone. I’ve followed the suggested steps to go to manage account but there is no cancel option there. I’ve also tried to do it via my App Store but that states I’ve no subscriptions. Please help as I don’t want to be billed at the end of the trial. It’s crazy that so many people are on here complaining about the same problem.

MeganI can’t see my recent query re cancelling my free trial but I also want to add that, as I’m not a paying customer, I cannot access support from customer service! This is appalling.

The email address that you see on your Dropbox mobile app, is it the same as the one you see here?
