I can't start the free Essentials trial ("To protect your info, please verify your payment" error)

Hello, I am trying to activate the 1 month trial period for the Essentials Plan. 

 

I get a blank window with this message - To protect your info, please verify your payment.

 

I have tried three different browsers, Incognito modes, clearing the cache and all other methods I found in the Community forum.

 

Please, assist me!

    Hey CSOP Varna. Are you also trying to claim Seagate’s extended Dropbox trial when you receive this error message? 

     

    Have you already tried contacting our support team?

    Hello, I have no idea what the "Seagate’s extended Dropbox trial" is. So I don't think I am trying to claim that.

     

    I just want to start the Dropbox Essentials 1 month trial for now and add my payment details.

     

    Any ideas how I can proceed?

     

    PS. I did try to use the chat to reach your support team but I am not sure how to communicate there
