I got billed for a Dropbox account I can't access and I want to be refunded.
I have received a payment notification from my bank for a annual renewal charge from Dropbox for a subscription through a company I left in 2022 as I do not have access to that email since I left I have not received any notification that money was being taken from my account and only noticed this a couple of days ago , I would request a refund as this money was taken without my knowledge.

You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
While they may not be able to provide a refund, they can certainly cancel the subscription to prevent any further charges.

Before logging a ticket with our support team, can you make sure there’s no reference to Google Play/iTunes in your bank statement? If there is, our team may not be able to help much, since these would be in-app charges and you'd need to contact Google or Apple respectively for further assistance.
Otherwise, you can go ahead and contact our team directly.
