I got refunded for one of my double charges, and my account is now downgraded to Basic
Hey
I've had a Dropbox Plus account since 2019.
Each october I pay annually, via Dropbox.com with credit card.
In october 2023, I paid for another full year : until october 2024.
Somehow, I got charged twice. So I contacted Dropbox and they gave me a refund for one of the payments.
Except now it put me back to a Basic account and I don't know what to do....
Any suggestions ?

Hi @bertille, and welcome to our forum!
If you check your October bank statement, are there two different transaction IDs showing next to your Dropbox payments?
If yes, I'd like you to go to this page and insert them in the provided field. Are they both connected to the same Dropbox account?
Let me know what you find, and we can have a look.

I just did what you said, took my two payment references that connect to the same Dropbox Plus account (the only one I got : REMOVED
Let me know if you know how we can arrange this (either have a refund for the Plus account / or have it until october 24)
