Did you give Dropbox your card details? If so then you've probably set up a trial and not cancelled it.
If you didn't your card has been scammed and you need to contact your card company.

Hi rramlall, as this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info.

Does anyone know why Dropbox doesn't answer when it comes to that I want my money back because I don't want have a account? - Shira22 years agoNew member | Level 2Have tried to write mail 5 times but no answer. It says answer in 24 hours. The first I wrote is over a week old. Nobody answers at Dropbox. Sorry for my bad English, I'm from Sweden.

Hi Shira2, sorry to hear about that!
Do you have a ticket number reference, from your communication with our Support, in order for me to have a closer look into this?
Keep me posted!
- Shira22 years agoNew member | Level 2No I have no ticket number reference, that's what came up in Swedish. I don't even know what that is. And how can I have anything? When I write to you in the app it says that it's a mail and that you should answer in 24 -48 hours. And when I write what I want have help with it is a blue box where it says send. I don't get any numbers or anything else that proves that I send something. Just that you will answer in 24 - 48 hours. I send the first one 20240910....

Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in. Once you've filled out the information and submitted it, reply back here with your ticket number.
