I have a paid Plus account, but I can't access it - it says I need to upgrade

Hi - I have been happily using Dropbox Plus for ages. But now my Plus access has stopped, my account isn't showing that I have that and is telling me I need to upgrade from basic. I have been paying every month and  nothing has changed about that.

    Are you sure you're signed in to the correct account? Use the credit card charge lookup tool to identify the account you're being charged for.
