I have a transaction ID and can't pull up the account
Transaction code above. Being charged on my Amex without my permission. Putting in last 4 of CC and exp date do not pull up account.

- DIMAKATSO2 years agoNew member | Level 2R461 and different amounts have been charged on my card I need to cancel this subscription how do I do it ...and to come here and see other people having the same issue not being able to get assistance is crazy

To get in contact with our team, please use an incognito window without signing into any Dropbox account and fill in this form with all the relevant details.
Once you get a ticket ID from our system, feel free to share it with us so that we can also look it up if needed.
