I have free license and Dropbox charged me for a new one
I shared a directory with an employee of the company that was not in the team. Instead of taking a free license or asking me, Dropbox automatically charged at PayPal for a new license. I want my refund. Please help.

Hi Ariel K, thanks for messaging the Community.
Is the license showing up as free and unassigned in the admin console?
Have you previously contacted the support team for assistance on this matter?
This will help me to assist further!
