I have paid to upgrade to the Plus plan but have not been upgraded

I use dropbox fairly regularly and recently have been getting close to my maximum storage space on my account, so I decided to upgrade. After the payment failing to go through even after confirming the purchase through my banking app, I tried again and the payment was taken out of my account. However, my account has not been upgraded.

 

I am hoping that the payment did not go through properly and I will be refunded in the next day or so (As I have been reading from other discussions/threads on here). But I wanted to be sure as I am quite concerned, with over £90+ pending out of my account.

    Hey DesignedByMatrixx, thanks for joining us here on the Dropbox Community.

     

    If the account wasn't upgraded, you should be okay, but I would suggest reaching out to our support team, so they can check out your info and confirm this for you.

     

    To do that, make sure to follow these exact steps:

     

    1. Open a private browsing/incognito window and go to this page.
    2. In the "I want to look up information related to" section, choose "other" and type in an email address you can access.
    3. Fill out the rest of the form.
    4. Click "submit".

     

    Give us your ticket number as well, when you have it.

    Hi, 

    Cheers for the swift reply.

     

    I have been charged (money pending) but my account is still on dropbox basic, which is my concern.

     

    I have followed the steps and received the ticket: '24450189'.
