I have some issues when trying to cancel my Essentials trial.
I want to cancel my trial but when I go to manage my subscription, that page is completely blank, the billing page says "something has gone wrong". I tried this with different browsers and phones, same issue - Please cancel my trial as soon as possible - I've wasted hours on this already! The trial is initiated via Paypal, but because I'm on a trial I haven't got a transaction ID to submit a ticket. Saw lots of other customers with similar issues - when will Dropbox fix this? This really affects the credibility of the platform.

Have you cleared your cache and cookies?
How did you initially take the trial out? Website or on a mobile? If on a mobile device you must cancel via that
