I just bought Dropbox Plus but I don't have the extra quota
I subscribed to the Dropbox Plus plan, and as seen in the screenshot below, I tried joining a folder worth more than 2 GB, but I couldn't, stating that I have passed the storage limit, even if I technically have 2TB. Did someone have the same problem before? How may I fix this? This is of urgent matter. Thank you all in advance.

Do you see any confirmed payments (with an invoice and receipt) on this page on your account?
Did you upgrade via the Dropbox site directly, or via the mobile app? According to your bank statement, were you charged by Dropbox, iTunes or Google Play?Could you attach a screenshot showing this page on your Dropbox account?
This will help me to assist further!

Hi Jay, yes I am able to access the support page. But how am I supposed to contact the team via mail? I tried chatting with the chat bot but it didn't really help me. Or even if it is easier, is there a phone number I could potentially call? Thanks in advance.

If you're not getting the options for chatting with an agent, then it means your account is still showing the Basic options.
In order to look into this matter in more detail, would it be possible to reach out to the email associated with your forum profile?

Yes that is the main problem, having paid for the Dropbox plus account, it still says that my account is the basic one. You can go ahead and reach out to me with the email of my account: [Removed as per Community Guidelines]
