I just renewed my Plus subscription but it doesn't show up in my account

I just renewed my Plus plan but this does not show up in the files area where I remain stuck at 20gb instead of 2TB (and stuck in this situation are all my files as well).
If I try the upgrade though it tells me I have the Dropbox Plus plan, and even if I go to the payment section I find my payment to the Plus version correctly. Any clues?

    How did you upgrade/renew your subscription? Through the Dropbox app on your mobile device or directly through our website?
