I keep getting charged but I have a free account

I have several times tried to cancel my Dropbox subscription, and in my account it says that I only have a free Dropbox basic subscription. But I still keep getting invoices.. And I dont know How to contact customer support.. Does anyone know How to unsusbscribe succesfully?? I havent had acces to the account for months But still have to keep paying..

    Hey AnetteUG, thanks for reaching out to us.

     

    The most common reason for this, is that the paid subscription is linked to a different account and not the one you're currently signed into.

     

    If you're paying with your credit/debit card, I would suggest using out payment lookup tool.

     

    This will show you the email address associated with your paid account; is it the same as the one you use for your free account?

     

    Let me know what you find.
