I keep receiving emails about plan, even after cancelling.
Attempted to cancel my subscription through my iPhone which it says it is in fact cancelled. But I continue to several emails daily saying they were unable to process your payment. How do I make them stop

Am I correct to guess that your old subscription was made through iTunes?
If so, then keep in mind that while the actual plan is cancelled, it may take some time to reflect on our end, hence the emails.
If your plan shows as cancelled, there's nothing to worry about, just have some patience.
