I made a payment through the Play Store, but the upgrade did not work.

I purchased a Plus annual subscription, but I can't upgrade. Please solve this problem.

    Did you get some kind of error message?

     

    If you open the Dropbox app on your Android device and tap on "account", do you see that you're on a free Basic account?

     

    Let me know and we'll go from there.

      Yes, the message “Confirming purchase, account upgrade failed” continues to appear. And as you said, a basic account will appear.

        If you have your purchase receipt from Google for the payment, can we send you an email, to see what might be the issue?
