I need help cancelling my account and getting a refund

Hello! I have been getting charged $21.87, monthly, all of 2023. I never, ever signed up for anything but the Dropbox Basic Plan years ago and I do not have a card saved on file. I have no past "Billing History" within my Dropbox account and I am getting charged monthly. There is no way to speak to someone live about this. I have tried multiple times in various ways. Please assist me with next steps and about how I can go on to report this.

    You have a second account - the one with the card details on it. Dropbox cannot charge you if you didnt give it your details. If it isnt showing on the account you are on now then log on to your other ones.
