I need help in order to receive a refund.
Hello. I live in the UK and was just charged £216. The amount is pending in my bank account. The steps on cancelling the plan were not clear. One of the steps was to select plan and then scroll to the bottom of the page to cancel and there was no option for this. I finally figured out that the steps were wrong and how I could cancel my plan. Upon cancelling I was informed that I would receive a refund but I haven't had any email confirmation of this and they payment is still pending. For my own sanity, could someone tell me whether or not I will be getting a refund?

As long as it says you'll get a refund you will. However, they usually take at least 3 - 5 working days. That said it could be that the authorisation will just drop off and not take any funds in first place.
