I need to cancel a paid plan, but don't have access to the email on the account

Hello, I need to cancel an account however I don't have access to the email linked to the account. Any ideas?

    Are you referring to deleting a Dropbox account entirely, or cancelling a paid subscription?

    Thanks for the info, you can contact our support team directly by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into any account, and accessing this link, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info.

     

    Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system
