I need to cancel a plan I can no longer access

I indicated a few weeks ago that I wanted to cancel my Dropbox account, which I am still paying for!
I can no longer access it, and I will pay. I haven't had the [removed per Community Guidelines] account for a long time and I don't remember the password for it either.

Can somebody please help me with this?
Because I can't do anything with it anymore. I have already created another account, from my own email address, where I of course know the password.
I feel like I'm talking to a robot and I can't get anywhere. I now see that € 119.88 was debited from my account number in February by you.

    You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
