I need to remove my credit card from my account
My plan has ended, and I declined it! I don't want to use it anymore, and I want to remove my bank card from the account! Please help how to do that? It's the first time among hundreds of products I don't see this option! It's a weird UX. Thanks

Just to check, when you say your plan has ended, do you mean a trial, or a subscription?
What plan do you see on this page?

Dear Dropbox Support,
I would like to remove my card from my account billing information. I have just cancelled my free trial as I no longer need to use the product, but I cannot see the option to remove the card I linked to my account.
Any assistance you can provide would be much appreciated.

Can you please confirm that your free trial is cancelled and your account is back to the Basic free version?
What do you see in your plan page here?

Login to your account from a different browser or a private browsing window and go to the billing page; do you still see your billing info there?

Yes I see my card info but there is no option to delete it - can you do this for me?
