I need to remove my credit card from my account

My plan has ended, and I declined it! I don't want to use it anymore, and I want to remove my bank card from the account! Please help how to do that? It's the first time among hundreds of products I don't see this option! It's a weird UX.  Thanks

    Hi Melita2024, the email you provided is different to the email address we have for your Dropbox profile. 

     

    We can only send you an email at that profile address, would that be okay?
