I need to upgrade to find out what happened to my files, why?

I have to upgrade to get help with what happened to all of my files? Bribery sign up & you will have access to support????

    Perhaps if you described the problem you're having someone here might be able to help you, or at least point you to the support options that are available to you.

     

    Let's start with, how long has it been since you last accessed your account? What happens when you sign in to your account on the Dropbox website? And what does your Events page show?
