I paid for extra storage in August but my account is still Basic

I have paid for extra storage in august, but I have not gained access to it, and my account still sais its a basic account.

Do you happen to have another Dropbox account, associated with a different email address of yours perhaps?
Have you tried using our self-served look-up tool to identify the email address that's associated with your payment?

I had another account that was connected to my former job e-mail, but I can not access that account any more since I do not work there anymore. That email vas [removed] Could you disconnect that account for me?
