I upgraded but can't see it on my account?

I have a paid Dropbox Plus account with 2TB of space. When I downloaded the app for Desktop on my mac its saying I only have a free plan. I used the email address associated with my Dropbox Plus account. How do I get them to sync?

Hi kate613, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Did you upgrade via the Dropbox site directly, or via the mobile app?

Do you see any payment on this page? According to your bank statement, were you charged by Dropbox, iTunes or Google Play?

This will help me to assist further!

Are you certain this is the correct inbox you're viewing, with the same email address as that on the site, mobile app and desktop app?

Could you assist with the replies to the other questions to understand where you paid from?
