I upgraded but my storage hasn't been updated

So today i ran back dropbox 11.99 for some 2000gb and it took my money but didnt give me my space

    Would you be able to send me your ticket number, so I can locate it on our system?

    Hi natureboyyy, let's see what we can find together! 

     

    The first thing you want to do is to use our self-serve look-up tool in order to locate the charge. Can you give this a go, and check if you accidentally upgraded the wrong account? 

     

    Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there.

      The problem was in the apple purchase. I still
      havent been updated from dropbox or apple. i sent the receipt to dropbox support too. Been waiting for litteraly 5 days
