I upgraded my plan to Plus, but I don't see the 2TB of storage.

I upgraded my plan to Plus, my storage space should have increased to 2 TB, but that did not happen. The payment went through and the email address is correct. I can't contact Dropbox to fix this because this is for upgraded plans only. So I am stuck in a loop! How can I get some help with this?

  • Hi Nancy​ , thank you! It seems the problem I had is solved. The storage space on the subscription space has changed to 2 TB. I tested it now and it works! 😊🎉
