If you have a plan and did not pay. Will it be sent to collections and reported on your credit?
If you have a plan and did not pay. Will it be sent to collections and reported on your credit?
The issue is that I created another dropbox account and forgot the account details (username and password). However, I can see that it is charging my credit card each month for storage. How can I cancel in this case? Can I just request a new credit card so dropbox cannot bill me anymore? or will they send my account to collections??
Thanks in advance

Hi simmo134, welcome to our Community!
I'm not entirely sure what you mean when you mention collections, but if you wish to cancel your plan on an account you have no longer access to, we can help you.
Is it okay if I send you an email, in order for us to have a closer look into this?
Keep me posted!

I do not need that account anymore. I would like a way to end that Dropbox plan. One way I was thinking to change my credit card so I do not get billed anymore. What is your suggestion l
