I'm being charged, and need to locate the account, and receive an invoice.
I am being charged every month on my Amex without any trnasaction code which prevents me from obtaining an invoce ..... when I go on line it says there have not been any transacrtions or payment
.... it is impossible to get any information from customer service ...... I need to find out if these charges are fraudlent or what I need to do to obtain an invoice ...... the customer service chatbot is worthless .....

Hi StevenG, let's jump right into this!
Have you tried to contact Dropbox Support directly for this?
You can visit the Support page while you're not signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
Once you do, feel free to send me the ticket number reference, in order for me to locate it on my end.
Let me know more!

Without providing any private information, can you show us exactly how the charge appears on your card? Aside from Dropbox, does it reference Apple or Google at all?
