I'm being charged for an account I can't access. What can I do?
Hello,
Before leaving a previous employer I forgot to deactivate my dropbox account linked to the work email. As I was paying for the subscription myself, I am still being charged but the employer has changed and repurposed my email domain for another employee. I can't login to the account to deactivate the subscription. Please help!

Hey there Tata1995 - sorry to hear about this.
I'd recommend getting in touch with our support team directly for further assistance through this form. Just make sure to use an incognito window without signing into any Dropbox account and fill in all the relevant information.
Once you get a ticket ID from our system, you can share it with us here so that we can look it up as well, if needed.
