I'm getting charged even though I have a Basic account.
I have Dropbox Basic, a free account.
There is no billing instruction on my subscriptions page.
I have no recollection of upgrading.
I have no other email addresses with Dropbox accounts. I’ve entered them all on the login page and they all prompt a sign-up, not a login.
I am not part of any shared programme with other Dropbox users.
I did not sign up via Apple or Google methods.
I would like someone from Dropbox to tell me why there is an expected billing for annual payment, pending on my PayPal account for Dropbox International Unlimited Company.
I have cancelled the PayPal payment for future payments but want to understand how it happened in the first place, and with a view to claiming the recent PayPal debit back.

Thank you for your prompt reply. I trust that the remainder will be so swift.
I paid with PayPal or another form of payment.
I have already filled out a Billing Help Request form, as instructed and this has been sent forward via the channels requested.. - Megan11 months ago
