I'm still being charged for a paid plan after downgrading to free Basic last year.
I downgraded to the free plan last November but I am still being charged for Dropbox Plus. Can anyone let me know how I can resolve this?

Hey Jaquied65, thanks for posting here today.
If you’ve received direct Dropbox charges (not via iTunes/Google Play) and your bank statement provides a 12-digit transaction ID, you can use it on this page. Is the charge linked to the same Dropbox plan that you previously cancelled?
If yes, can you double check your email address for a confirmation of cancellation?
