I'm still on Basic, even though I upgraded and paid 54 dollars.

I am frustrated and feel ripped off that you are charging 54 dollars... 2 months of nothing, no upgrade.

    Are you sure you upgraded the correct account, and didn't start a new one by accident? Use the credit card charge lookup tool to identify the account that you're being charged for, and make sure it matches the account that you believe should have been upgraded.

    I have ID# and 12 numeral number as well if that helps. it shows 54 dollars and no upgrade.

    That's not typically how Dropbox works. How did you contact them, exactly? Normally, you need to upgrade yourself through the Dropbox website or one of the Dropbox mobile apps.
