Im trying to cancel and delete my dropbox and its not allowing me
I did not approve for this or for my money to be taken. I attempted to cancel and delete but it won't let me any suggestions

Apparently 11.99 has been taken from my account and i didnt approve so i want to delete my account and get my money back

Hey luv4mjknmwk, sorry to jump in here.
Are you currently signed in to the account associated with the payment?
If so, you can simply contact our support team about this, since this requires account specific info that we can't access here on the Community.
If you don't have access to the paid account, open a private browsing window and go to this page.
In the "I want to look up information related to:" box, choose "other", then type in an email address you have access to, fill out the rest of the form and submit your request.
Let us know once you have your ticket number.
