Inability to access account to cancel subscription due to outdated email
I had an account associated with a student email address that I now no longer have access to. I tried to cancel my account and thought everything went through. I just received a charge and am unable to log into the account as I cannot access my email to get the multifactor authentication code. I should not have been charged as the account was canceled. I cannot get any help beyond an AI chatbox that is useless. How do I get in touch with customer support to resolve this issue?
