Incorrect charges on my credit card.

I used a trial version of Dropbox plus and canceled after a month. My account has been downgraded to Basic which is supposed to be free. Since then, I have been charged twice (2 months)  for $12.78. 

Please rectify this ASAP and I would like to remove my payment information from the account.

This is unacceptable that there is ZERO support from DropBox just because I downgraded a plan and you continue to charge my account.

    You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
