I've been billed for a second time, even though I've already downgraded my account to Basic.

HI im writing this because I'm frustrated, last year I was charged for an annual subscription of 188$ and change down to the free plan and this year again I was charged for the same exact thing. I would like to get this issue resolved and felt this is the best way to resolve that problem.

    Could you please check on this link? Are you able to find the credit or debit card purchase ?

    Hello, I’ve already tried that and it can’t pull up. I have the Transaction on my Credit card right now. I can take a picture of that.

    I also checked a couple weeks before because I did get an email about it and made sure I had the free plan and I was still charged again.
