I've been charged for a premium account when I don't have one

Really frustrating trying to resolve this issue. Unable to contact dropbox directly, so trying this forum. I never authorized payment, and don't currently have a premium account yet was charged $125.

    Hey lmiskin, sorry to see that you're having this kind of issue.

    What kind of charge was this? A credit card one or an iTunes/Google Play one?

    Have you tried our payment lookup tool, to see which account the payment is linked to?

    Let me know how it goes.
