I've paid for a Dropbox plan, but I still see Basic on my account.

I have been debited for 1 yr subscription but yet to update my subscription which is still showing basic.  This is very disturbing!! Please do something.

    Hey Mojisola, thanks for posting on our forum today. 

     

    Which platform did you use to upgrade your Dropbox account? Was it www.dropbox.com or iTunes/Google Play?

     

    If you upgraded directly from the Dropbox website, I’d like you to check your bank statement and find the 12-digit transaction ID that should be linked to your charges. After that, go to this page and insert it in the given field. 

     

    Do you see the same email address as the one showing here?
